Abdul Rehman Butt is the FailProof Business Speaker,  Founder of DINAMIKA School of Entrepreneurs and Originator of the DINAMIKA Class.

“Why do so many businesses fail?”

This big question persisted in his thoughts from early teen age and ultimately gave inspiration for his heart to set a quest for his life to get a convincing answer to it.

It is a known fact 70% to 90% of established businesses fail, including all the new-age online fully funded to at times 500 times extra funded startups fail. Compared to other areas of life, this percentage of failure is extremely high and it has horrible effects on the individuals and group of people involved. In the USA alone, multibillion dollars are lost every year. Many companies and individual business owners go bankrupt and homeless, which directly affect the employment rate, as tens of thousands of jobs are lost. Some often get themselves involved in the breaking of family ties, friends becoming enemies, betrayals etc. Other develop health issues and chronic diseases and further some even attempt to murder or commit suicides. It is mindblowing to him that most people do not react to this gigantic problem as if it is meant to be this way.

“Every wise Economists would tell you, every human problem is directly or indirectly connected with economic problem”

On seeing that the only approach that has been made to solve this problem by many over the years has been to educate entrepreneurship and business students through books, theories, case studies, internships, indoor or corporate office, and casual some kind of predefined exercises but Abdul was bent on finding a better solution.

A finding that caused him to break grounds is based on research he carried out many years ago. It was centered on other post-secondary educational models which had higher professional success rates. He observed that other fields such as Medicine, Law, Accounting, and Aviation had a structure that presented their students with the avenue to improve their practical skills through real-life practical scenarios. For instance, after a few years in the University, Medical students further their education through real-life practicals on real patients in Emergency Wards of real Hospitals for many years, where they have to meet very high standards. Law students before becoming lawyers, go to real courts and learn through real practice. Also, after understanding the concepts of debts, credits, assets, and liabilities, Accounting students must practice the balancing of accounts in real accountancy firms for many years before being accredited. Interestingly Pilots only study theory for two hours a week and conduct their practice by flying different airplanes for about eighteen hours a week for years before getting a license. And not just that, he also found that the practical structure of these fields helps the licensed professionals who teach, mentor and supervise the practicals to observe and distinguish fit and unfit Individuals for the field, which is the core reason why 98% of Doctors, Lawyers, Accountants, and Pilots etc. succeed in their careers and those who fail, mostly fail during their practical educational period and not after.

His conclusion was “The more a profession is based on practical, the more practical education is necessary to its students.” Therefore, if you cannot teach a child to ride a bicycle through books, you can’t teach anyone how to do business or make money through books. “The root cause of the global business failure problem is a lack of practical education in the post-secondary model of business education, regardless of the institution a business student studies.” This moment of knowing the truth became epiphany and shined on his heart, which serves as the foundation for his discoveries and achievements.

In 2006, Abdul was presented with an opportunity (which he calls “The Gift of Life”) to become a professor of Entrepreneurship, Business, and Marketing at a very renowned University in Ecuador (www.uees.edu.ec). Without hesitation, he accepted the offer but, with a clause to divide his courses into two equal parts of the theory and practical each.  Delightfully agreeing to his stated clause, the University department accepted and welcomed Professor Abdul Rehman Butt to the faculty. It was the right place, on the right moment doing the right thing kind of opportunity to implement his previous research and findings.

For another six years at the University, he performed a series of experiential experiments on over 2500 different groups of students. This research and development created what he believes to be a FOOLPROOF system and a revolutionary out of the box approach to Business Education. It can not only cause entrepreneurial spirits to awaken but can also enroot, maturate and see to the excelling of business and money making skills of true business students. The results came out to be phenomenal as many of his students took bold steps to start their own businesses, inclusive of teenagers and adults in their early twenties. Others became successful entrepreneurs and a few developed courage to change their careers.

He was able to make a difference by providing an effective solution not just because he did research of his own but because he saw the problem from a different perspective. His class practical education projects were named “DINAMIKA” which means “(Dynamic) in Spanish, his cult-like students were known as “DINAMIKA Students, and he was famed as a DINAMIKA Professor.

Today, Professor Abdul lives on Long Island, NY and is relentlessly focused on a mission to serve the world and take his life’s gift (DINAMIKA Class) across the country, as he seeks to help many Entrepreneurs, Business Students, Second chance seekers, business owners establish businesses on the right path of success and help investors to be able to make profitable investments.
